Battersea is highly respected globally for its professional expertise and is regularly approached by people working in the animal welfare sector both nationally and internationally, seeking advice and support. In February 2017 the Battersea Academy was established to respond to this need. The Academy is a centre for professional development that provides world-leading training to rescue centres and animal welfare practitioners around the world.
We are looking for someone to provide data entry support for the Academy, undertaking a variety of data entry, data quality and data research tasks, primarily using two systems: Salesforce Learnsmarter (L/S) and Academy Online (A/O). These will support the delivery of a first-class customer service experience for delegates, the streamlining of reporting tasks and preparation for the implementation of the organisation’s Launchpad data strategy.
This role is for a 3-month fixed term contract.

Hybrid working policy
We operate a hybrid working model, with our office-based staff splitting their time between site based and home working. We believe this enables our office-based staff to maintain the benefits of home working, while allowing for collaboration and interaction with our animal-facing staff and maintaining a connection to our cause. As such, you’ll be expected to work in our Battersea office for at least 50% of your working week.
