Battersea’s HR team provides expert advice, guidance and support through partnership with managers, teams and people across the organisation. Battersea is way ahead of the sector when it comes to employee engagement – and our department works hard to keep us there.
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders and managers across our Marketing & Communications, Fundraising and Finance & Corporate Services teams, supporting their people priorities to ensure Battersea can deliver its aims. We have big ambitions for our people and culture, and in this role you’ll get the chance to lead on some truly exciting projects, as well as getting hands-on with HR delivery. Our diversity and inclusion action plan is central to our team’s work, and it'll be your role to deliver this with your client groups, raising awareness and capability on D&I.
The successful candidate will have experience in a business partnering role and establishing credible and influential working relationships with leaders and managers. You’ll have proven experience of leading on complex people projects, and experience of supporting senior leaders with structure and culture change programmes. You’ll be a great people manager, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you'll enjoy working across strategic and operational HR.
